Pod Crib is delivered to your home through our white glove service for a flat fee of $249. White glove service includes placement in your room of choice and delivery up to one flight of stairs. Homes with more than one flight of stairs are subject to an additional fee of $25 per additional flight.
The delivery appointment is made for a four (4) hour window Monday through Friday during normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Please notify us by replying to the confirmation email if delivery requires more than one flight of stairs, or if there are any other delivery changes so that we can make appropriate delivery arrangements.
Unsuccessful delivery attempts will incur an additional fee of $99.
Nifty Clear, Nifty Timber Cribs, and Nifty Dresser
Nifty Clear, Nifty Timber Cribs, and Nifty Dresser are shipped Fedex Ground for a flat fee of $139 for one item. For multiple items, it’s $249 per order. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. Nifty Clear and Nifty Timber Cribs are shipped unassembled. Nifty Dresser is shipped assembled.
Booksee Shelf, Nifty Conversion Kit and Nifty Changing Tray
Booksee Shelf, Nifty Conversion Kit and Nifty Changing Tray are shipped via Fedex for a flat fee of $30. Products are delivered in 5 - 7 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email notification with tracking number for the delivery.
Where does Ubabub.com ship to?
Currently, Ubabub.com ships to the contiguous 48 United States only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US Territories, or international destinations. Customers wishing to purchase Ubabub products outside of the contiguous US can contact The MDB Family for retailer locations.
Can I choose a different shipping method or carrier?
Sorry, but customers cannot request alternate shipping methods or carriers. We select shipping carriers and services based on how we can currently best provide customers with good value and high quality of service.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Sorry, in order to provide you with the best service we require a street address to set up proper white glove/LTL delivery.
What payment methods does Ubabub.com accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
When will you charge me for my order?
When placing your order, your credit or debit card will be pre-authorized for the full amount of the purchase upon completing checkout. Payment will only be collected (captured) from your card when your order is dispatched.
Will I be charged tax?
It depends on your order's shipping destination.
Ubabub.com collects sales tax for orders shipping to California. Tax for California is calculated during checkout after entering your shipping address and added to your order.
- Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
- Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
- Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes 1-2 business days where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 2-3 business days for shipments to be dispatched.
- Please note that all sales are final once an order has shipped. We will do our best to honor any orders canceled before shipment, but recommend contacting us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
Ubabub (The MDB Family) insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Ubabub (The MDB Family and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
